Quick and easy meal! I prefer to make all my ingredients from scratch, but who has time for that everyday? When in a pinch, I love having a few items that can be grabbed, to make a quick meal. Also, I'm still searching for that perfect alfredo sauce to fit the bill (gluten free, dairy free, sug, to keep a happy gut.
This was super simple to put together. Done in less than 20 minutes!
1) Take the Palm of Heart pasta and rinse well with a strainer. Then add the Alfredo Sauce. Let this cook 10 plus minutes.
2) In a sauté pan or wok cook up chicken in olive oil and season (salt, pepper, garlic powder).
3) Put a seamer bag of broccoli in the microwave.
Dish up and Enjoy!
