I have dealt with health issues most of my life, and in my 20's I began to search for alternative ways to dealing with my pain. I realized a lot of the foods were not helping me feel like my best self. I believe that food is not just about sustenance, but also a way to heal oneself. That's why I started this space, to help thousands of people find releaf and/or just live longer.
I believe that food should not only be good for your body, but it should also taste delicious. Yes, with being gluten free, dairy free, and (mostly) sugar free, and lectin free there maynot be a substatute for something that is in the SAD (standard american diet) diet. Finding recipets to alternatives is my goal and trust me I have a personal 200+ page recipe book with many alternatives I still have yet to try.
I am passionate about providing quality and helpful products. I would never suggest anything that I wouldn't use. Weather it is gagets or services. My goal is to make your life easier as we all know it sure can be hard when batteling within.
